These two publications are compilations of drill stem tests from originally unsuccessful wildcat wells drilled in McKenzie and Billings Counties. Wells are listed according to township-range-section. Listing includes ground-level elevation, KB elevation, well name, well number, and operator. DST information, listed by test number includes date tested, formation and interval tested, total depth, bottom hole temperature, type of test, water loss, gas-oil ratio, API oil gravity, and specific gravity. Flows and shut-in times are given along with information on whether gas, oil, or water flowed to the surface. Various pressures and other kinds of information are listed.

Annual Production Report And Drilling Statistics
A listing of all wells ever completed. The well listing includes monthly production (oil, water, and gas), current well status, cumulative production (oil and water), completion date, well spacing, and annual runs and lease use, all sorted alphabetically by field, formation, and operator.
Other production information included are statewide production by pool and county, saltwater disposal, and data on enhanced oil recovery by gas and water.
In addition to the production statistics, a compiled listing of yearly drilling statistics, which includes the number of wells drilled and the total footage drilled for each classification of well (development, extension, or wildcat), are included.

Monthly Production Report
Listing of all wells capable of producing for that month. The list includes monthly production totals (oil, water, and gas), the number of days produced, and runs and lease use for that month, all sorted by field, pool, and operator.
A list of permits and field spacing orders issued during the month is also included.
