To access NorthSTAR choose the option below which matches your organization and proceed to the directions listed below:

Option 1: We are a NEW organization and not in NorthSTAR.;

  • Open NorthSTAR
  • Click on "Register New Organization" to complete the Organization questionnaire ; AND
  • Submit a hard copy/original Form 2 establishing who the administrator will be for your account.
  • Note: Once established your organization's administrator should reach out to staff that will need access to NorthSTAR. The administrator is the only person who can grant access and permissions for additional staff to be added.

Option 2: I need to be added to my Organization's NorthSTAR Account.

  • Contact your organizations permitting or regulatory department to determine who the NorthSTAR administrator is.
  • Note: Your organization's administrator should be reaching out to staff that will need access to NorthSTAR and setting up their accounts. If you need access to an organization's account, the administrator is the only person who can grant access and permissions for additional staff to be added.

Option 3: I am a third-party submitter/contractor and I report on behalf of an organization in NorthSTAR.

  • The company you are employed by should have a NorthSTAR account set up. To do so: Open NorthSTAR
  • Click on "Register New Organization" to complete the Organization questionnaire for the organization you are employed by; AND
  • Submit a Form 2 establishing who the administrator will be for your account.
  • Note: Your organization's administrator should reach out to staff that will need access to NorthSTAR. The administrator is the only person who can grant access and permissions for additional staff to be added.
  • Contact the organization(s) whom you submit on behalf of to receive the proper access and permissions to submit data on their behalf.
