BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division was notified of an equipment failure occurring, Tuesday, January 16 at McKenzie County, North Dakota. 

BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division was notified of an oil spill occurring Saturday, January 13 at the JORE (FEDERAL) 1-12H well, McKenzie County, North Dakota.  The spill remained within the tank battery containment berm. 

BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division was notified of a water injection line leak occurring Thursday, January 11 at the RS-ROSS 65-85 SWD1. All produced water has stayed on pad and within the berm. There is no offsite impact.
