Production Water Spill Reported in Mountrail County
BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division was notified of a spill occurring Sunday, January 14 at Mountrail County, North Dakota.
Liberty Resources Management Company LLC reported on January 17 that 689 bbls of produced water were released on location. At the time of reporting 500 bbls of produced water had been recovered.
A North Dakota Oil and Gas inspector has been to the location and will monitor the clean-up and remediation.
