Incident Reported in Watford City-Moberg SWD

 

BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division was notified of an oil spill occurring Saturday, January 13 at Watford City, McKenzie County, North Dakota.  The Brine spill within containment, froze pipe.

Goodnight Midstream reported on Saturday that 426 bbls of produced water were released on location. At the time of reporting 150 bbls of produced water had been recovered. 

A North Dakota Oil and Gas inspector has been to the location and will monitor the clean-up and remediation.
