Incident Reported in Stark County

BISMARCK, ND – Armstrong Operating, Inc. notified the North Dakota Oil and Gas Division of a produced water and crude oil spill at the Laurine Engel 1 site. The incident occurred on September 21, 2026, south of Dickinson, North Dakota in Stark County.

Armstrong Operating, Inc. reported that 1500 barrels of produced water and 10 barrels of crude oil were released onto location. As of September 21, 2026, 1500 barrels of produced water and 10 barrels of crude oil have been recovered.

A North Dakota Oil and Gas inspector has been to the location and will monitor any additional cleanup required.
