Incident Reported in Mountrail County- Ross SWD
BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division was notified of a water injection line leak occurring Thursday, January 11 at the RS-ROSS 65-85 SWD1. All produced water has stayed on pad and within the berm. There is no offsite impact.
HESS WATER SERVICES LLC reported on Thursday that 468 bbls produced water were released due to an equipment failure on location. Recovered 100 bbls produced water at the time of reporting.
A North Dakota Oil and Gas inspector has been to location and will monitor the investigation and remediation.
