Incident Reported in Dunn County
BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division was notified of an oil spill occurring Tuesday, January 16 at Dunn County, North Dakota. The fluid stayed on location.
XTO Energy reported on January 17 that 750 bbls of produced water were released on location. At the time of reporting 749.94 bbls of produced water had been recovered.
A North Dakota Oil and Gas inspector has been to the location and will monitor the clean-up and remediation.
